Chatswood Apple Store Grand Opening, August 9th, 2008

I managed to get down to Chatswood for the Grand Opening of the second Apple Store in Sydney and Australia last Saturday morning. I wasn’t expecting as massive lines as the ones that happened for the 1st Apple Store in Australia, but there were still a fair few people who did line up before the Grand Opening time of 9am.

The store as expected had the same trademark appearance and design, and Apple had a huge amount of staff on hand (I would estimate somewhere near 100 - which is huge considering the relative small size of the store, also quite a few employees from the Sydney Store helped out on the day.)
