Ever since Mac Heist put together their great Bundle in 2006, there have been several other bundle sales, including MacUpdate. I’ve pretty much purchased most of them as they’re such good value, and I love applications :). .This current Macupdate promo is good value particular for TIDY UP, which I have previously purchased at full retail. This program is great if you find that you have a lot of duplicate files all over the place, as it helps you locate duplicate files so you can clean them up. This is normally retails for $39 by itself, so for an extra $10, you get potentially another 9 Apps. The other great App I use is Macjournal, which i have been using ever since Dan the developer won Student App of the year award at the Mac Developers Conference (this App is worth nearly $35), so just these 2 Apps I believe make the bundle worth it. Anyway the best way to determine if the bundle is worth the $49.99 to you, is to download the Apps and try them for yourself - Click here and go App crazy! - Remember the Bundle expires on September 10 . .

Apple open their 2nd Australian Store in Chatswood Sydney, a suburb north of the city. I went to check out the grand opening, take some photos and some video including some chats to the customers who came.

I managed to get down to Chatswood for the Grand Opening of the second Apple Store in Sydney and Australia last Saturday morning. I wasn’t expecting as massive lines as the ones that happened for the 1st Apple Store in Australia, but there were still a fair few people who did line up before the Grand Opening time of 9am.

The store as expected had the same trademark appearance and design, and Apple had a huge amount of staff on hand (I would estimate somewhere near 100 - which is huge considering the relative small size of the store, also quite a few employees from the Sydney Store helped out on the day.) Check out the photos below, - A Video will be coming in the next 24 hours
